We are looking for a neat and easy-going person to rent the big bedroom of our apartment. The room will be available from Feb.1st. The lease date until Aug 2012. Move-in-date flexible.

LOCATION:
The apartment is located in Arlington, VA. You can enjoy an unparalleled convenience of living near both the Metro(1 min walk) and Fashion Center(1 min walk) at Pentagon City. Shop at Nordstrom, Best Buy, Rack, Marshall's, Costco; and dine at the finest restaurants or treat yourself to high tea at the Ritz-Carlton. Only four metro stations away from the center of DC (less than 10mins trip)

FACILITIES
The facilities of the apartment building are quite convenient. We have 24 hours residence concierge, roof-top reading room(free coffee and tea plus television), 24 hours sports club, roof-top business center(free computers, printer, fax and copy machine), free wifi in lobby and roof top area, Indoor penthouse swimming pool (open whole year) and Rooftop sundeck.

This unfurnished master bedroom is in a shared 2b/2b luxury apartment (NO PETS). There are private bathroom and walk-in closet inside. The rent is 1150/month. You may need extra 90-100/month to pay for the utility and internet fee.  And in our apartment, we have laundry machine, dish-washer, oven and microwave. 

One month rent deposit needed.

Briefly about us:
We are currently graduate students in DC. Both of us are easy-going, laid back and spontaneous girls. One of us will live in the living room and the other one will live in the small bedroom.
